救助与打捞工程专业(卓越工程师)本科培养计划

Undergraduate Program for Rescue and Salvage Engineering Major

一、专业简介

IProgram Profile

       救助与打捞工程专业是根据国家战略要求和救捞职责,以培养救捞卓越工程师为目标设立的本科专业。专业除船舶、航海学和海洋工程学等基础知识、船舶与海工机械的设计、结构、力学等学科知识外,设有潜水、救助工程、打捞工程、海洋工程服务、救捞政策法规和项目管理等特色课程,以及航海培训、船舶实习、救捞实践与工程训练等实践类课程群。本专业毕业生通过系统的课程学习和工程实践,能够从事救助工程、打捞工程、海洋工程服务等方面的设计制造、研究开发、指挥实施和管理等工作。

The rescue and salvage engineering major is built for the national strategy and responsibility, aiming to implement the excellent engineers training plan. The program includes the basic knowledge on naval architecture, navigation, ocean engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, and special courses such as diving, rescue engineering, salvage engineering, ocean engineering, policy and laws of rescue and salvage, international standards contract, emergency management of salvage, project management of salvage engineering, etc. Practical courses such as maritime training, ship practice, rescue and salvage practice and engineering training are also strengthened. This program aims to cultivate students with systematic course study and engineering practice, to have the ability to design and manufacturer, research, direct and manage in enterprise and institutions for rescue and salvage engineering and ocean engineering.

二、培养目标

IIProgram Objectives

       培养德、智、体全面发展,了解救助与打捞相关的法律、法规,掌握先进的救捞技术及专业技能,熟悉现代化的救捞设备,能在交通部所属的救助打捞系统、各类海洋工程公司、救助打捞装备研究、设计及制造的研究所、设计所、企业以及救助打捞技术培训的教育机构从事设计、研究、制造、检验、指挥、管理及实施等工作的高级工程技术人才。

This program aims to cultivate students with all around development of morality, intelligence, and physique. Understand the laws and regulations of salvage. Grasp the advanced technology and professional skills of salvage. Be familiar with salvaging equipment. Have the ability to design, research, manufacture, inspect, direct, manage and implement in the field of salvage system, kinds of ocean engineering company, the institute of salvaging equipment to research, design and manufacture, in design office, enterprise and educational institutions for salvage technical Training.

三、培养要求

IIIProgram Requirements

1、素质结构方面

思想道德素质:热爱社会主义祖国,拥护中国共产党领导,掌握马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的基本原理;愿为社会主义现代化救捞事业服务,有为国家富强、民族昌盛而奋斗的志向和责任感;有敬业爱岗、艰苦奋斗、热爱劳动、遵纪守法、团结合作的品质;具有良好的思想品德、社会公德和职业道德。

文化素质:应具有较好的人文、艺术和社会科学基础及正确运用汉语、英语及文字的表达能力,积极参加社会实践,适应社会的发展与进步,能建立健康的人际关系。

专业素质:具有扎实的自然科学基础知识和本专业所必需的技术基础及专业知识,掌握科学地发现、分析和解决问题的方法,具有严谨的科学态度和求实创新意识。

身心素质:身心健康,具有较强的身体素质。能够胜任在海上艰苦环境下工作。具有在胜利、成功、成就面前不骄不躁,在困难、挫折、失败面前不屈不挠的精神面貌。

2、能力结构方面

获取知识的能力:具有较强的自学能力和能利用现代化信息渠道获取有用知识的能力;具有一定的社会交往能力和对自然科学及社会科学知识的表达能力。

应用知识的能力:能将所学的基础理论与专业知识融会贯通,灵活地综合应用于工程实践中,初步具有研究和解决救助与打捞工程实际问题的能力。

创新能力:培养创新意识,了解救助与打捞最新发展动态及所从事领域的国内外发展现状,具有创造性思维和初步科技研究与开发能力。

3、知识结构方面

工具性知识:英语,计算机基础,高级语言程序设计和文献检索,科技写作等知识。

人文社会科学知识:马克思主义基本原理,毛泽东思想、邓小平理论与三个代表重要思想概论,思想品德修养与法律基础,军事理论,体育等。

管理科学知识:救捞应急管理,救捞项目管理,救助与打捞相关法律法规等。

自然科学知识:高等数学,工程数学,大学物理(物理实验)等。

工程技术基础知识:理论力学,材料力学,流体力学,结构力学,画法几何及机械制图,电工学,机械设计,机械制造,大学计算机基础,计算机程序设计基础。

专业知识:海洋工程环境,船舶驾驶概论,船舶设计,救捞专业英语, 救捞应急管理,救捞工程项目管理,救助工程,打捞工程,海洋工程,救助与打捞前沿技术,轮机工程概论,海洋平台设计原理,潜水技术基础。

The students are supposed to:

Ø         Ideological and ethical standard: be patriotic; support the Chinese Communist Party; have a solid understanding of the principles of Marxism and Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory; have the sense of responsibility to serve the people, the socialist modernization rescue and salvage project and strive for the prosperity of the nation; devote themselves to their jobs; be diligent; obey the laws; be united and cooperative; and observe social and professional ethics.

Ø         Cultural quality: have the solid foundation of humanities, arts and social sciences; be able to use Chinese and English correctly and express their ideas clearly; take an active part in social practice; adapt to the development and progress of the society; be able to establish healthy and harmonious interpersonal relationships.

Ø         Professional qualities: have the solid foundation of natural science, possess the necessary technological base and professional knowledge of the major; master the scientific method of discovering , analyzing and  solving  the problem; have the  strict scientific attitude and realistic innovation awareness.

Ø         Physical and psychological qualities: physical and psychological health; have excellent physical qualities; be able to work in the rough  marine environment; have the spirit of winning without pride and losing with grace.

Ability structure

Ø         the ability to obtain knowledge: have the intensive self-learning ability; have the ability to obtain useful knowledge through modern informatization way; have the certain social interaction ability; be able to express natural science and social science knowledge clearly.

Ø         the ability to apply knowledge: understand and digest both of the theoretical principle and professional knowledge; be able to use them in engineering practice. have the ability to research and solve the practical problem of salvage operation.

Ø         innovation ability: training students' innovation awareness; keep track of the latest developments in the field of salvage and the development trends at home and abroad; have innovation idea and the ability of research and development.
