机械设计制造及其自动化专业本科培养计划

Undergraduate Program for Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation Major

一、专业简介

IProgram Profile

本专业是以“宽口径、厚基础、强能力、高素质”的创新型人才培养模式为办学思想,学生就业范围广,毕业生可以到绝大多数企业里(如机械制造、电子、仪表、汽车、航空、石油、化工、轻工、食品、纺织等)从事机电一体化产品及成套设备的设计制造、实验研究、设备使用、维修与改造以及生产管理工作,也可以到科研院所、政府机关、大专院校从事科研、管理及教学工作。

The educational philosophy of this major is to cultivate students with the multi-aims, solid foundation, strengthening ability and high quality. This major has a wide range of student employment. Graduates can go to most enterprises such as mechanical manufacturing, electronics, instruments, automotive, aviation, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, food, textile, etc. Works mainly include manufacture designing, experiment research equipment use, maintenance and modification, production management, mechanical and electrical integration in products. Graduates can also be engaged in scientific research, management and teaching work within scientific research institutions, government agencies, or universities.

二、培养目标

IIProgram Objectives

       培养德、智、体全面发展,在业务上具备机械设计制造基础知识与应用能力,并能在生产第一线从事机械制造领域内的设计和制造、科技开发、应用研究、运行管理和经营销售等方面工作的高级工程技术人才。同时毕业生能适应在科研、教育、经贸、政府等各部门工作或者继续深造。

This program aims to cultivate students with all around development of morality, intelligence, and physique. Grasp the basic knowledge of mechanical design and manufacture. Have the ability to design, manufacture, exploit, research, manage and market in the field of mechanical manufacture. Graduates would be competent to work in research, education, trade and government, and have the capacity of further development.

三、培养要求

IIIProgram Requirements

       1、热爱社会主义祖国,拥护中国共产党领导,掌握马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的基本原理;愿为社会主义现代化服务,为人民服务,为国家富强、民族昌盛而奋斗的志向和责任感;具有敬业爱岗、艰苦奋斗、热爱劳动、遵纪守法、团结合作的品质;具有良好的思想品德、社会公德和职业道德。

2、具有独立获取知识、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的基本能力及开拓创新的精神,具备一定的从事本专业业务工作的能力和适应相邻专业业务工作的基本能力与素质。

3、具有一定的体育和军事基本知识,掌握科学锻炼身体的基本技能,养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯,受到必要的军事训练,达到国家规定的大学生体育和军事训练合格标准,具备健全的心理和健康的体魄,能够履行建设祖国和保卫祖国的神圣义务。

4、学生主要学习机械设计与制造的基础理论,学习微电子技术、计算机技术和信息处理技术的基本知识,受到现代机械工程师的基本训练,具有进行机械产品设计、制造及设备控制、生产组织管理的基本能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:具有较扎实的自然科学基础、较好的人文、艺术和社会科学基础及正确运用本国语言、文字的表达能力;较系统地掌握本专业领域宽广的技术理论基础知识,主要包括力学、机械学、电工与电子技术、机械工程材料、机械设计工程学、机械制造基础、自动化基础、市场经济及企业管理等基础知识;具有本专业必需的制图、计算、实验、测试、文献检索和基本工艺操作等基本技能;具有本专业领域内某个专业方向所必要的专业知识,了解其科学前沿及发展趋势;具有初步的科学研究、科技开发及组织管理能力;具有较强的自学能力和创新意识。

The students are supposed to:

Ø         Be patriotic; support the Chinese Communist Party; have a solid understanding of the principles of Marxism and Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory; have the sense of responsibility to serve the people, the socialist modernization drive and strive for the prosperity of the nation; devote themselves to their jobs; be diligent; obey the laws; be united and cooperative; and observe social and professional ethics.

Ø         Be able to acquire knowledge independently; be able to solve problems; have a pioneering spirit; be able to accomplish tasks in their own fields and perform similar job duties.

Ø         Possess basic knowledge of physical and military cultures; master basic skills of physical exercises; meet the requirements of physical and military training; be psychologically and physically healthy; be able to fulfill the obligations of building and safeguarding the nation.

Ø         Students are also supposed to study the basic knowledge of mechanical design and manufacture, microelectronics, computer and information processing. With the basic training as modern mechanical engineer, students have the basic capacity of mechanical product design and manufacture, devices control and production management. Graduates should achieve the aims as follows: Have the solid foundation of natural science, humanities, arts and social sciences. Be able to use Chinese correctly and express their ideas clearly. Grasp systematically the extensive basic knowledge of technology which mainly include mechanics, electrical and electronic technology, mechanical engineering materials, mechanical engineering design, Machinery manufacturing, automation, market economy and enterprise management. Grasp the essential and basic skills of drawing, calculating, doing experiment, testing, reference searching, and doing basic process operation in this discipline. Grasp the specialized knowledge in certain stream and learn its frontier information and development trend. Have the preliminary capacity of scientific research, exploitation and management. Have the intensive self-learning ability and innovation awareness.
